We're pleased to introduce Gianna Sipala, a part time agent at FFL Solidity who continues to amaze us by her dedication towards serving families and the team.
You may be wondering, what's Gianna's story? We had the pleasure to sit down with her and chat just about that, as well as learn her background, what life insurance means to her, and what she hopes to accomplish in the distant future as a newly licensed agent.
Where are you from and how did you learn about FFL?
I'm from Everett, MA. I heard of Family First Life through one of my closest and long time friends, Marysa and Christina Maggio.
What was your experience like at first when becoming an Agent at FFL?
At first, my experience with FFL was exciting and inspiring -- of course, I was nervous starting a new job especially without having any experience in the industry. However, I knew getting started I was becoming a part of a team where I'm free to learn from top level producers which gave me the assurance I needed to believe in my future success here.
What does FFL mean to you on a professional and personal level?
FFL on a professional level allows me to continue to develop many skill sets such as presentation, communication, and accountability just to name a few. Since I have started with FFL I noticed growth personally as well. Growth specifically that I may not have seen such rapid results with if I have not started here and allowed myself to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
What's one tip you can give for those who are interested in becoming agents?
One tip I would give to anyone interested in becoming an agent is to go for it! If you heard about this opportunity, like to help people, and are hard-working, do whatever it is you need to do to get started. The first step is always the hardest, but I promise you will thank yourself for making it happen.
As an agent, what is the one thing that you value the most with your clients and strive to give them?
As an agent, I value my clients legacy. I love the fact that with FFL I am able to help anyone no matter what condition their current health may be in. It's important to me that I'm able to work for a company that has products that won't decline a person for coverage. I aim to place my clients in the best plan they qualify for.
